UPDATE ON THE 2020 NATIONAL BIKE SUMMIT
At the core of the League's vision for a Bicycle Friendly America are healthy, sustainable, vibrant communities. With the continuing spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and to live our values, the League has made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 National Bike Summit that was to be held March 15-17, 2020, in Arlington, Virginia, and all associated side meetings.
We understand that, like the League, you have incurred costs associated with the Summit and we are seeking to minimize the financial burden incurred by everyone involved. Participants have the option to direct their full registration fee toward our work to build a more Bicycle Friendly America for everyone, or request a partial refund of your registration fee.
We are working with the Hyatt, our conference venue, to secure larger refunds and currently can offer participants a 50% refund. Please complete this form to make your donation or request a refund.

Summit Registration includes conference events from Sunday, March 15 through Tuesday, March 17, including Lobby Day on Capitol Hill and Lobby Day alternative sessions for public employees. Several mobile workshops and bike rides are available to Summit attendees, included in the cost of registration.
Optional pre-conference meetings and select optional rides/tours have additional fees associated and must be added to your online registration before check-out and payment.

Refund Policy
Registration is 50% refundable until February 12, 2020, after which there will be no refunds granted. You may transfer your registration to another individual without penalty until March 11, 2020.
Failure to use a discount code upon registering does not entitle registrants to partial refunds for the difference in cost at a later time. Before you register, please email summit@bikeleague.org if you believe you are eligible for a discount (Summit Sponsor, State Coordinator, etc.)
